In accordance with the provisions of the current Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and the guidelines set forth in Article 16 of the same, GH Operación de restaurantes, located at Pedro Luis Ogazón 102, col. Álvaro Obregón C.P. 1020, makes available this privacy notice in which it guarantees its customers the proper and limited use of the personal information that is exchanged between you as the owner of the data and us.

The information we collect is used exclusively for the purposes of service that correspond to a restaurant company, whether reservations, banquet hiring, billing, job applications, invitations to special events and in order to improve the quality of our services. The information that may be requested for the above purposes includes the name and surname of the owner, your address, your cell phone or home and your email address, and is collected by telephone, electronic or written. The areas responsible for its handling are the reservations and administration areas. The staff that collects this data is informed of the present legal provisions and instructed to monitor and safeguard the correct use of this data. Grupo Hunan implements the necessary security measures to prevent the loss, alteration, disclosure or misuse of the data.

The owner of the information is fully entitled to exercise his rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (ARCO rights), in case of revoking his consent or in case there is a possibility that they have been used improperly, as expressed in chapter III of the law. In case you wish to revoke your consent to the processing of your data, you must submit a written document containing, at least, the following information: name and address; a document that verifies your identity or, if applicable, your legal representation; a clear and precise description of the personal data whose use you wish to revoke; the express manifestation to revoke your consent and suspend the processing of your data and, finally, some additional element that helps to locate your information. To exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, as indicated in chapters III and IV of the law (especially articles 28 to 34), you must send a written request to the address or email address provided in the preceding paragraph. This document must contain, at least: name and address, a document verifying the identity of the applicant or his legal representative, the express statement of the rights you wish to exercise on the processing of personal data and any other element that facilitates its location. In no case will Grupo Hunan make any other use of the personal data of its customers other than those referred to or the transfer to third parties of the same, except with the express consent of the owner and the exceptions provided for in Article 37 of the law.
